Dictateur

You really need to know about the Dictateur to be able to find it! Located in a small street with nothing around it, you need to take the street at the corner of Armenia street, just in front of the Mandaloun Club, and than take the first to the left until you reach a parking with a small garage style small building, and here you are.

The Dictateur is a sort of underground bar with an industrial retro architecture, as it is located in a former car garage or something similar. I liked the decoration and the opensky square in the middle with the trees.

The cocktails are well prepared and the food ok, just simple dishes like burgers, salads and sandwiches. The service is nevertheless pretty dis-organized and we had some difficulties to get what we ordered. For Lebanon, the service is way below standards.

The music in nice but pretty loud, and after having spent 3 hours there, our ears where really tired.
The good surprise was the bill, with 20 USD per person with all the food and drinks we had is really a bargain.
