Since it openned in June 2011, DRM organized more than 150 live concerts, with many local stars; I went there for the French night of one of Lebanon's most famous entertainers of the 80s and 90s, Alecco's. Several singers shared the stage and they were all of very good level;

The concert lounge welcomes its guests as of 7:30 pm and Concerts start at 10:30 PM.
 In general concerts end at 12:00 AM but the French night finished around 2am.

Dinner orders are only served from 7:30 pm to 10:30 pm before the concerts start, or after the concerts end at 12:00 AM. No nourishment during concerts, only drinks!
Concerts are followed by our house DJ until 2:00 AM.

They have a 50 USD formula with tapas and 2 drinks included; The food is acceptable, but the cocktails I had were really badly prepared; The first Vodka-7Up I had was incredibly strong, probably the bar tender putting 2/3 of vodka and 1/3 of soda;

That night the service was also very bad; we had to wait at least for an hour before getting our first drink, way after having the food served; I don't know if it was exceptional, but this was definitly unacceptable;

The place is well designed and the atmosphere pleasant, and the shows and music really good; So if you're not too picky on the above, you'll definitly pass a good evenng. Also, for a 50 USD formula, you will enjoy a great musical night;


Getting there for Tourists (What to tell the taxi driver - Lebanese style address):
Take Hamra Street, steer right at Jack Jones (the driver will probably recognize it as Modka) towards HSBC Bank (the driver will probably recognize it as British Bank) where you should take a left until you reach Le Rouge. Take a right at Le Rouge and you will find us at the end of the street.Less
