Hilton Amsterdam Hotel

The Hilton Hotel is located in a very posh neighborhood at almost 20 mins from Schipol airport. There is a bus shuttle available from and to the airport at 16 euros per person, however, in case of a group of minimum 4 persons a private taxi is cheaper.
The hotel is at 10 mins walk from Van Gogh and Rijks museums and is well connected with 2 lines of tram going to the city center and central station.
We had a room with the canal and Amsterdam's rooftops views. The staff was very friendly and the concierge very helpful, he guided us very well on what and when to do our activities. We opted not to buy the breakfast buffet, which was on sale, as the hotel is surrounded by many bakeries and supermarkets and we decided to venture our food and drink tastes in the local fresh daily products. As for the service, it was impeccable, the rooms always tidy and the cleaning staff used to pass by every afternoon to inquire if we needed anything.Less
