This restaurant is located in the former Hotel Particulier of the infamous Marquis De Lafayette; It enjoys a beautiful historic decoration as well as a quite classy atmosphere;
The restaurant shares the building with a 5 stars boutique hotel called Marquis Faubourg Saint Honoré;

Food:
The food is quite elaborate with a lot of high level cooking technics, but the tastes are not outstanding for the price; I followed the suggestions of the waiter with the house sepcialties, frog leggs at the starter, the beef roasted with the gravlax method, and the meringue as a desert. Again, well prepared and presented but for the price of a Michelin star restaurant, it is way beyond.

Service:
Warm welcome but the waiter several times interrupted in a rude manner the conversation on the table to take the orders; I was quite surprised of the roughness of the waiters behaviour for that level of restaurant.

Quality-Price: For a 150 EUR/person bill, there are better options in Paris. Nevertheless, if you are near by and enjoy historical places, it could be a good spot.
