Great meat pierrade style
Black Rock serves really fantastic meat. I tried the Argentinian one, and it was super tender and very tasty. You could almost cut it with your fork. The Australian one is amazing too.
The meat is served almost raw on a black volcanic rock heated at 400°c, and than you slice it and grill the pieces as much as you like (sort of Pierrade style).
The side dishes and salads were also very tasty, as well as the Pain Perdu and the Baba au Rhum.
To add to the good food, we enjoyed a friendly and efficient service, and a very nice modern decor.
The only problem is the smell that you could get in your cloths since the meat is grilled just in front of you.
I definitly will come back when I want to eat good meat.
