I go from time to time to La Gare as it's not too far from my place, and usually I spend there a nice evening. It's in the Bourgeois 16th district of Paris and one of the fanciest places around, so you feel that in the prices;

You'll find a lounge/bar on the ground floor with nice modern decor, and the restaurant is on the bottom floor. The restaurant room took place on both sides and at the of the rails and they have a very nice Terrasse on an outside garden;

The decor here is also Chic, and the room size is pretty impressive. As in many of the fancy places in Paris, the service is not very friendly or precise, just the average for this kind of places in the City. The food is tasty and well prepared though without any creative touch;
They offer 2 course menu at 34 and a 3 course one at 39, but as soon as you want some noble products, you'll have to pay extras, which will easilly get you to 50 EUR without the drinks;

The Sunday's brunch around a Buffet at 36 EUR is also nice, but not as good as the ones in the Drugstore or the Barlotti;
In conclusion, a nice place to spend an evening, but a bit more expensive than other similar restaurants in Paris;
