Agape Hotel

This place is not a common one,

It is located in the only "mirror street" of this kind in Europe, ie each side of the street is similar to the other.
An it is only a few meters away from the Hungarian catholic (gothic) cathedral, which can easily represent the center of Cluj city.

This hotel is located on relatively old buildings, with a (quite) recently covered yard in the middle. The effect is interesting...

Interesting too is the fact that architects tried to keep as many elements as possible from the past, including the specific type of windows... Comfort might loose a little bit, but not authenticity !

Rooms as nice, such as the breakfasts, with no quantity restrictions.

Another nice aspect with Agape Hotel is the fact that it includes two restaurants ; a self service restaurant, ideal in the middle of the day if you have little time available to eat, and a more traditional restaurant, which proposes excellent meals from (transylvanian) hungarian recipes... Less

For less than 50 EUR/night, this 3 stars hotel is a great quality price. It's well located in the heart of Cluj, in the famous mirror street (both sides of the street similar); It's an historcial building with a nice inside patio. The rooms are clean and confortable. They offer a buffet type of breakfast wich is very reasonable for the overall price of the hotel;
There are some rooms giving above a bar who could be noisy. It's better to ask when booking for a room in the less noisy façade.Less
