كاساباراطا, or Casa Barata (Spanish for "cheap house"), is the place to buy the latest smartphones, televisions, trendy clothes, Moroccan clay items, such as tajine pots, lamps and planters, handicrafts, bric-abrac and second-hand goods of all descriptions.
There is a huge outdoor area and also an indoor souk. Souk days are Thursday and Sunday (souk days means in general that there is a lot more activity) You can spend the whole day here and hardly see another western face. Casabarata is open every day except Friday.

How to get there: about 20 minutes from the Boulevard by petit taxi. Make sure the driver puts the meter on when you get in the cab.
