Chateau Eza

Chateau Eza is a 4 stars hotel in one of the most beautiful spots of Eze Village, one of the most charming villages in France, dominating the sea and Saint Jean Cap Ferrat.

The hotel took the place of several houses which were united and used by Prince Guillaume of Sweden, the elder son of King Gustave V and used it between 1923 and 1953 as his winter residence. This shows the beauty of the Perspective and Location of this Hotel.

The restaurant of the Hotel is probably the best in the village, managed by Chef Axel Wagner who made his classes with Chef Georges Blancs as well as in many top restaurants around the world. The quality of the cuisine was distinguished by one Star in the Michelin guide.

Count 50-60 EUR / pers for Lunch 3 course formulas and 80 EUR / pers à la carte for Lunch excluding drinks.
For Diner, count 110 EUR/pers for the Menu Degustation with 8 courses, or 100-120 EUR à la carte for a 3 course diner. Excluding drinks.

If you don't want to put that much for a meal, you can still enjoy the beauty of the terrasse by having an afternoon coffee, which still be an expensive one, but definitly worth the perspective.Less
