Gimnas Cambrils Port

If you are enjoying your summer holiday in Cambrils and spending your days at the beach, you might feel like something is missing: that's right: a gym! If you miss training, do not worry, there is a fantastic gym at the entrance of Cambrils Port. You can pay monthly, for two weeks, for one week, or even per session. The staff is very nice and welcoming and formed: the owner is a former female bodybuilder, and another girl is a heavyweight powerlifter competitor!

The gym is very old school, mostly mid-1990's Technogym machines, they have adjustable Powerblock dumbells that you probably have never tried before (lifting with cuboid shaped dumbells is a unique sensation worth trying at least once) and my favorite piece of equipment there is a retro selectorized shrug machine adjustable to any position to target any muscle group.

After training, you can buy a high-quality shake at the gym bar, go back to the beach and enjoy your well-deserved pump!Less
