Holiday Gym Goya

At first sight, Holiday gym looks like a good gym. I only trained did 3-4 trial days there, and everything seemed alright and nothing seemed tricky. Unlike most of the gym chains in Madrid, Holiday gym is one of the only gyms in Madrid where I was able to perform heavy deadlift without any troubles coming from the equipment or the staff. It definitely looks like one of the most adequate gyms in the center of Madrid if you aim to train hard, whereas, in other ones, any sign that you train hard makes the staff lose their minds.Less
