J'GO Saint-Germain

The J'Go is now a Chain of 4 restaurants, 2 in Paris and 2 in Toulouse. They serve South West specialties with terroir and typical products from Gascogne and Toulouse Region.
The Saint Germain one is at the corner of Marché Saint Germain, a nice mall in the heart of my preferred neighborhood in Paris.

They have a very nice Terrasse where you can have a drink and enjoy some nice charcuterie. The Kitchen is open to the restaurant dining room, which let's you see the chef working, always a proof of quality. The counter effect of that is the cooking smell in the room.

The food is well prepared, we had a very tasty and well coocked Agneau which had marinated during a day. The service is friendly and precise.
The only issue I see with this restaurant is the price, which is pretty high for this type of cuisine;
