Le Bar à Huitres Saint-Germain

Le Bar à Huitres is an institution in the Saint Germain neighbourhood and a safe address to enjoy Huitres, Moules and other sea foods. They have four restaurants now in Paris, in Saint Germain, Place des Vosges, Montparnasse and Avenue des Ternes. They claim to have the best selections of huitres to be found in Paris.

Another important aspect of this restaurant is that it is opened from 12h00 to 00h00 non stop, which is also not common in Paris.
The service is professional and friendly, the old parisian style when the client used to be respected; this quite rare nowadays in this touristic spot.
All food served are of high quality, including top notch butter and other ingredients used, which are a good sign of the quality of the restaurant.

For Seafood lovers, do not miss the Plateau de Fruits de Mer, which offers a great selection but do consider that you will need at least 1h30 min to enjoy eating it;

You will also find other dishes (pasta, meat,..) in case some of your companians are not fish/sea food fans;
