For 15 Euros/person we had a 3 hour trip to the turtle island known as Marathonisi. The great part is that you not only see the beach with all the nests from where hundreds of small, sweet and lovely baby turtles come out of their nests when they hatch but you can also see adult turtles swimming in the sea.

If you take a glass bottom boat you have a 100% chance of seeing a turtle but we din not take one of those and we are very lucky to find one.
