PERMANENTLY CLOSED IN FEBRUARY 2013 - what a shame :-(

Le Marais succeeded to famous Lutécia restaurant, which was one of the most famous french restaurants in Beirut. After Solidere took back Lutetia's old location, the owner openned Le Marais.

The food is at least as good as in Lutetia, refined French Cuisine, excellent products and great deserts. The Baba au Rhum and the Millefeuille are splendid.

The atmosphere is classy and bright and the service delicate.
Definitly one of the best French tables in Beirut.
